- Responsible for daily operations of all processing lines and associates in Borden Pasta facility, a 24/7 operation.
- Responsible for production planning, including 10 pasta manufacturing lines and 35 packaging lines producing over 700 SKU's, Borden.
- Involved in MRP, responsible for maintaining all input supplies, both raw material and packaging. Help coordinate efforts between Production Planning, Maintenance, and Warehousing.
- Developed packaging and processing standards. These were used to increase production efficiencies in both packaging and processing. Packaging performance increased across all lines, some by as much as 200%. Press performance improved from 15 to 21 hours per day, a gain of 40% Borden.
- Warehouse supervisor for Fleming Foods--a million square foot warehouse located in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities included day-to-day operation of shipping and receiving of produce and grocery products.
- Managed operations for 108,000 square foot pasta warehouse, all shipping and receiving.
- Developed computerized inventory management program used for 3 years in warehouse operation.
- Successfully developed fail-safe strategies for controlling warehouse inventory accuracy.
